Description:

The Associate - Operations Support at Black Box is responsible for building complex operational performance reports and dashboards using advanced tools like Power BI, VBA within Excel, and SQL. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to automate and enhance reporting processes for product and inventory performance, pricing, and vendor compliance documentation. You will collaborate closely with management and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and support business functions such as purchasing and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain complex operational reports (e.g., backlog, ETA, POS, production dashboards).
• Develop metrics and dashboards providing insights into product and inventory performance.
• Use Power BI, VBA, Excel advanced formulas, and SQL to build user-interactive solutions.
• Manage product pricing data including list prices and warranty service costs.
• Coordinate collection and retention of vendor legal documents such as ISO certificates and hazardous material certifications.
• Analyze current business and reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide support to purchasing and product teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Apply SAP HANA O2C process knowledge for related reporting tasks.
• Maintain a proactive, flexible attitude to address ad hoc assignments as requested by management.

Key Technical Skills:

Power BI, VBA (Advanced Excel), SQL, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP or similar ERP systems, Data Analysis, Reporting, Dashboard Design, Vendor Documentation Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Excel (including VBA and complex formulas), Power BI, and SQL for reporting and automation solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
